- Developmental Services and Community Integration: Provides skill training, paid work opportunities, community integration and employment to individuals in order to enhance and maintain their independence in community living. The program provides support, assistance and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities. - STARS (Structured Therapeutic Adult Recreation Services) Program: Collaboration between AID and Fox Valley Special Recreation Association. Focuses on active community integration, volunteer work and fitness activities for participants. - Autism Program: Emphasis placed on a specialized curriculum that includes communication skills, social and coping skills, functional life skills, community integration, vocational skills and volunteer opportunities. - Vocational Training: Assistance for individuals in obtaining and maintaining job training through subcontracts or community job sites. - Volunteer Sites: Used for the purpose of community integration as well as skill training. Clients learn social skills and an appreciation of giving back to the community as well as enhancing their vocational skills toward community employment. - Food Service: Trains clients in basic food service skills and positive work behaviors, enhances their independence and prepares them for community employment. Food Service also increases life-long learned skills, daily living skills and vocational skills.

Moves people with disabilities from unemployment or segregated employment to employment in the community at competitive wages. Helps people find and keep community jobs. Services include: - Job Development and Placement. - Work setting training. - Advocacy. - Ongoing Assessment. - Follow-up support services. - Support of an on site job coach is provided, as needed. Workers Unlimited Club: - Awareness of employment options and the community integrated employment skills. - Leadership and self advocacy skills. - Job experiences and employment opportunities. - Community service. - Makes potential employers aware of the benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
Provides vocational services to help people with disabilities find and keep jobs for which they are qualified. Job Development and Placement - With a consumer's skills and preferences in mind, staff and consumers negotiate with potential employers to secure job opportunities in areas where the consumer is likely to be most successful. With each match, both the employer and their new employee continue to receive supportive services to maximize the benefits each contributes to each other. On-The-Job Training - Help individuals who have limited or no work previous work experience acquire marketable job and transition skills. Short-term training is provided in actual work settings in order to provide a realistic work experience. Supported Employment Services - Job-specific training and support, both on and off the job, is provided to assist consumers in developing the specific skills needed to successfully maintain the job of their choice. Services are gradually withdrawn to allow the greatest level of independence.

Goodwill's Supported Employment Program gives adults with disabilities a work experience in a retail environment that can last up to 12 months. Participants in the program receive assistance from a Job Coach with resume and cover letter development, help with applying for jobs and mock interviews.

Designed to assist Social Security Disability (SSI/SSDI) beneficiaries with the transition from Social Security Disability Benefits to work. It provides employment supports and services to help reach work goals. RAMP also has a certified Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor (CPWIC) that can assist individuals with understanding their benefits and the changes that will occur once employed.

Assists individuals with disabilities with finding and maintaining work. Individuals that are eligible for this program receive assistance from a Job Coach through a work experience that can last up to 6 months. In addition, individuals in this program receive assistance with resume and cover letter development, applying for work, and mock interviews.
Goals of this program include: - Providing opportunities for paid employment. - Guiding individuals to work both as a team and independently. - Supporting individuals in obtaining training to thrive and succeed. Several types of employment are offered: - Sheltered workshop. - Enclave based employment. - Community supported employment. - Offering an opportunity to live a more independent life. Janitorial Certificate Program: On-the-job training, classroom instruction, and skill building for a future job in the community.
Services include: - At home supported living. - Respite care. - Personal care. - Day services. - Employment skills. - Education. - Case management. - Personal healthcare.
JOBtrack: Provides supported employment in the community that assigns a job coach to work side-by-side with each person to interface with the employer and other employees, and provide training in basic job skills and work-related behaviors, assists with specific tasks as needed.

This is an evidence-based practice with the following principles: - Focuses on clients strengths. - Work can promote recovery and wellness. - Works with State Vocational Rehabilitation. - Uses a multidisciplinary team approach. - Services are individualized and long-lasting. - The IPS approach changes the way mental health services are delivered.
Supported Employment - Services include: - Vocational assessment. - Career exploration. - Assistance with job placements. - Job coaching. - On-the-job support.
Staff helps to develop and facilitate relationships at the workplace for workers with disabilities. Services include job search, applications, orientation and on-going supports once the client has found a job.
This program matches employment needs with individuals. Program participants include: - Hearing or visual impairments. - Cancer or diabetes. - Mental illness (most commonly depression or anxiety). - Physical, developmental and learning disabilities. - Traumatic brain injury. Each individual is coached and prepared for the workforce. Individuals are matched with jobs based on skills and capabilities. Job search skills, resume writing, interview techniques, workplace etiquette, and skills training are all covered in the program. An employment specialist is also provided when an individual in the program begins employment that provides job coaching, and remains in place until the individual reaches job independence. The employment specialist works closely with the employer to determine the level of involvement he or she needs to provide. They also work with individuals off-site to provide job support.

An evidence-based practice that provides employment opportunities for those struggling with mental health, substance use, or other concerns.
Helps the agency's clients (who have serious mental illnesses and substance use conditions) live their lives with dignity, independence, and respect by obtaining paid employment. Through partnerships with more than 150 area employers to help clients find jobs, the agency's Employment Specialists place clients in jobs of their choice to create real economic independence and further their recovery.
