This program matches employment needs with individuals. Program participants include: - Hearing or visual impairments. - Cancer or diabetes. - Mental illness (most commonly depression or anxiety). - Physical, developmental and learning disabilities. - Traumatic brain injury. Each individual is coached and prepared for the workforce. Individuals are matched with jobs based on skills and capabilities. An employment specialist is also provided when an individual in the program begins employment that provides job coaching, and remains in place until the individual reaches job independence.
