Provides rental/mortgage assistance, security deposit assistance, utility assistance, approved case management, and approved supportive services to individuals and families who are in imminent danger of eviction, foreclosure or are currently homeless. Supportive services must directly relate to the prevention of homelessness.

Mortgage Payment Assistance
Provides short-term rental and move in assistance, as well as supportive services. Assistance needs may include deposit and first month's rent.
Administrative Entity that oversees programs for families and individuals in crisis. Services and resources delivered out of this location include rental assistance, food, transportation assistance, medication, and clothing assistance to those who demonstrate a need. Also provides immigrant-related services and support in goal planning and assistance in accessing available resources. Services can be provided over the phone, through email, virtually and in person.
Housing expense assistance provided as part of Case Management services.
Assistance towards rental deposit to help eligible DuPage County residents stay in their current homes or move into a new one if they are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
Case managers oversee the distribution of the Local Emergency Assistance Fund as well as additional funds from The Salvation Army and the Illinois Department of Human Services towards rental deposit assistance.
Financial assistance for those who are experiencing homelessness.
Security deposit payment assistance for those who are experiencing homelessness and are requiring this assistance to gain housing in DuPage County.

Assistance designed to prevent the incidence of homelessness, including, but not limited to: - Emergency rent assistance for families in imminent danger of eviction. - Security deposits or first month's rent to help a family move into permanent housing in order to divert homelessness. - Emergency financial assistance to prevent housing foreclosure. - Referrals to services designed to prevent the incidence of homelessness.
