The T.O.P. program has three categories a student will learn about: 'Under the Hood' (A1-A9) or the 'Auto Maintenance and Light Repair' (G1). This training provides a condensed overview of the courses provided, followed by 'Collision' (B1-B5).

The move coordinator will first visit the client to conduct an income assessment and a moving assessment to determine the type of services that are needed (hoarding, general move, etc.). The rest of the move will be completed by the moving company.
