The Youth Leadership Council is a group of youth leaders from neighborhood schools in Brighton Park and surrounding neighborhoods who are in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. Youth leaders are trained on violence prevention, educational justice, immigrant rights and organizing. They meet weekly to help organize the Annual BPNC Youth Summit and to make a change in their community through awareness and Intervention.

Youth Crossroads' Workforce Development Program is designed to give high school students and young adults (ages 15-24) in Cicero, Berwyn, Stickney, Lyons, Summit, and Forest View the introductory training they need to get good paying jobs and develop meaningful careers. Services include interview training, GED services, mentorship and networking, job search and job placement support, career exploration, and resume building.
Books Over Balls provides services to at-risk youth through cohort-based, after-school, education/vocational, and recreational programming. Specific youth performance goals include: engaging youth in meaningful and constructive activities, creating and presenting a coordinated, effective, empirically informed, youth gun violence prevention program, and establishing a positive "Youth Voice" within their community.

Sinai Chicago offers the Better Birth Outcomes (BBO) program, which provides intensive prenatal case management services to high-risk pregnant women in the Chicago area with higher than average Medicaid costs. The goals of the program are to decrease infant mortality and morbidity, improve pregnancy outcomes, reduce the incidence of prematurity and low birth weight.

Girl World is a leadership development program for girls, femmes, and non-binary/gender-expansive youth of color. Just Us is grounded in restorative justice principles and provides a space for middle school youth to build community, and increase social justice awareness. Full Circle brings young people who have been impacted by unjust systems to a grounded experience and understanding of Restorative Justice. The Peace Ambassadors Program is a paid apprenticeship for young adults (17-24 years old) who have faced homelessness or are system-involved.

Treatment Alternatives For Safe Communities (TASC) - TASC Administrative Offices (TASC Area 1) help young people remain drug-free and crime-free upon release from juvenile facilities across the state. In addition, youth in need of behavioral health treatment and reentry supports are provided supportive and continuous case management to help redirect their lives away from further substance use and involvement in the justice system.
City of Chicago Department Of Family And Support Services offers the Service Coordination and Navigation Program which pairs youth at the highest risk of violence with a "Navigator" who provides coordinated care interventions. The program utilizes a robust community-based network of services to reduce youth involvement in violence and build youth self-efficacy.
Books Over Balls Preventive Wellness and Mental Health Awareness Initiative is a program that aims to promote healthy lifestyles and mental wellness among youth in Chicago. The program offers a variety of activities and resources, including: mental health workshops, healthy living workshops, peer support groups, and individual counseling.

Youth Crossroads offers a variety of after school programs to high school students in the Berwyn/Cicero area.
Street-Based Counselors provide clinical case management to individuals returning to the Little Village community after having had contact with the criminal or juvenile justice system, and/or individuals considered high-risk by street outreach workers. Counselors support participants' mental healthcare by assessing treatment needs; developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress based on mutually agreed upon goals; and facilitating interdisciplinary approaches.
