Arab-American Family Services (AAFS) assists families in signing up for the Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) food assistance program.
In partnership with Khessed wellness, Black Alphabet provides mental health therapy accessible for LGBTQ+ BIPOC folx in Chicago. Each participant will receive 6 free sessions. Upon completion of the program, participants have the option to continue services through our other ongoing affordable or free programs.

Arab-American Family Services (AAFS) supports Arab and Muslim immigrants or refugees with individualized legal aid. This includes citizenship test preparation, voter registration assistance, English as a Second Language (ESL) courses, and legal screenings.AAFS is Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) accredited.

Arab American Family Services (AAFS) currently facilitates youth empowerment programs designed to empower Arab and Muslim youth. Youth programs include tutoring, a youth employment program, college prep (SAT/ACT), and art classes.
Arab-American Family Services (AAFS) provides cultural and linguistic case management services and advocacy to immigrants, refugees, and community members at large. Their case workers provide comprehensive intake interviews and help identify public benefits assistance and programs that clients are eligible for. Public programs this applies to include SNAP, TANF, WIC, employment assistance, LIHEAP/CEDA, daycare, Affordable Healthcare Act, translation/interpretation services, gas and electricity, and Social Security.
