Client & Family Support Program - Esperanza Community Services - Main Site
Esperanza Community Services has a variety of case management opportunities. Their Client and Family Support Program helps families deal with legal, medical, and other social issues. This service is offered in the family's home. The program helps individuals with developmental disabilities reduce behaviors that create a barrier to learning and optimal community integration (e.g., outbursts, self-isolating, self-injuring) and increase positives ones (e.g., appropriate social interactions and communication, staying on task, and life skills).
