Accepts furniture donations from individuals in the community. Distributes items to individuals in need for free. Notes: All pickups must be scheduled at least one week in advance. There is a suggested donation for pick-up service. All drop-offs require an initial call to ensure a quick unloading of items. This program does not provide free furniture directly to the public; must be referred by a caseworker to qualify.
Sells donated building materials, furniture, and gently used items needed to build or repair a home. These items are offered to the general public at greatly reduced prices. The profits from these sales go directly to support Habitat for Humanity in their mission to build affordable housing.

- Accepting furniture, appliances, cabinets, house wares, tools, doors, windows, and any building or remodeling material that is in good shape. - Donations are sold back into the community to help people who are upgrading their homes. - Resells new and gently used items (as well as corporate donations) for 50% or more off retail prices. - Proceeds provide funding to Habitat for Humanity of McLean County in an effort to build affordable housing. - Provides donation pickup services when scheduled in advance.

Provides various items and assistance to those in need who complete the intake and verification process. Directs 26 different "Gap ministries" to cover various community needs. It is not an emergency response organization and time is taken to make sure the needs are legitimate. All intake procedures are done over the phone. Assistance is only provided if funds/donations are available for the specific need. Gap ministries include: - Kitchen supplies. - Furniture (dressers & shelves, tables, chairs, dining sets). - Beds. - Bedding & linens. - Clothing. - Bicycles. - Toiletries.

Agency can pick up donated items by appointment only.
Provides residents with free household goods. Clients are referred by social organizations, schools, and churches in the Decatur area. Clients must provide their own transportation. Operating costs and household goods are provided by people and organizations in the area. Donation pickup can be arranged for a small donation to offset transportation costs. Receipts are given for all gifts, as they are tax-deductible.
