Types of related expenses to be covered include transportation for up to two people to identify the deceased, the transfer of remains/urn/casket, burial plot or cremation niche, marker or headstone, officiant/clergy services, cremation or interment costs, and others.

Provides information and financial assistance for people and small businesses affected by disasters. Financial assistance is only available for losses not covered by insurance. Assistance is also only available in an area where a disaster, declared by the President of the United States, occurred.
