- Family-To-Family: Provides a free, 12-week course for family caregivers of individuals with severe mental illness. The course is taught by trained family members. All instruction and course materials are free to class participants.

- Course includes: Current information about schizophrenia, major depression, bipolar disorder (manic depression), panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, and co-occurring brain disorders and addictive disorders.

- Up-to-date information about medications, side effects, and strategies for medication adherence.

- Current research related to the biology of brain disorders and the evidence-based, most effective treatments to promote recovery.

- Gaining sympathy by understanding the subjective, lived experience of a person with mental illness.

Offers an 8-hour course that teaches how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training provides the skills needed to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing and mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.

Also offers a course designed to teach parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, peers, neighbors, health and human services workers, and other caring citizens how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis.
