The Academic Enrichment Program offers classes for elementary and middle school students to improve their academic and language skills. It also helps them appreciate art and drama and explore technology.
Offers a variety of activities and classes for youths that include: athletics, arts and crafts, dance classes, cultural activities, fitness, and special seasonal events. Childcare programs, a before and after school program, tween nights, and summer camps are also offered. - New Horizons Preschool: program is designed to provide children an opportunity for social and emotional growth, as well as a beginning adjustment to a more formal school experience. Part time and half day sessions are available. - Kid's Club: provides a recreational before and after school program. - Tween Nights: provides an opportunity for tweens to enjoys games, sports, music and more, and to spend time with friends and make new acquaintances. - Summer Camps: provides a variety of summer camps for youths. Summer camp themes include: nature, performing arts, sports, youth variety, and Sun-Sational.

Give Respect, Get Respect: This youth program is a collaboration between Diversity Awareness Partnership and local corporations who bring together students and teachers from the St. Louis metro area and company associates to explore race, religion, disability, sexual orientation and gender identity.
DIY STEM is a hands-on, activity-based STEM curriculum, which connects youth to science themes they encounter regularly.
BUILD Enrichment services provide a wide array of in-person and virtual opportunities to cultivate interests and discover talents: music, art, athletics, podcasting, entrepreneurship, gardening, tech, and more. They surround young people with creative activities to uncover new interests, build healthy minds and bodies, and nurture potential. Scholarships, workplace training, and academic support help youth succeed in high school, prepare for college, and persist through graduation.
Compassion Reaching Youth (C.R.Y): Assist at-risk youths with discovering life skills, mentoring and educational support by assisting schools with school supplies and connecting youth with age and academic appropriate tutoring programs.
Offers homework help, tutoring, recreation/sports, art, cultural activities, life skills education, parent/family events, and service learning opportunities. Snacks are served daily.
Offers programs to provide the tools needed to increase awareness in the community on various issues, such as immigration, education, health, economic justice, among others. Programs provided: - Parent Mentor Program: Trains parents to be support teachers in the classroom and to be leaders in the community. - Mariachi Matters: After school music education program for youth that teaches basic music fundamentals and Mariachi ensemble performance.
Provides tutoring, help with homework, sports, art, support groups, outdoor recreation, garden/farm curriculum, mentoring, field trips and nutritious meals to low-income children.
Offers a variety of programs for youth: - Boys Dance Crew: Tap and Hip Hop for boys ages 11-14. - Fearless Females Junior Chapter: Leadership development for young ladies, in partnership with Joliet West High School. - Princess to Pearls Junior Chapter: Leadership development for teens. - Kings in the Kings Court: Leadership development for teens. - "Youth Speaks" Oratorical Program: In partnership with Silver Cross Hospital. - Passport to Success: Leadership, character building, and life skills for girls and boys ages 7-17. - Real Men Read: Male volunteers partner with Joliet School District to provide positive role models with a focus on reading. - Teens Overcoming Pressure (TOP): Teaches teens to identify healthy relationships and to note early warning signs of abusive relationships, violence, and controlling or manipulative behavior while giving them tools for coping.

The Heart and Sole curriculum is designed for girls to address their unique challenges by empowering them to make thoughtful and healthy decisions. Like Girls on the Run, the Heart and Sole curriculum is delivered over the course of 10 to 12 weeks and addresses the societal, mental, and emotional challenges particular to their age.
Urban Youth Ministry: Offers safe and nurturing programming including providing food, academic support, physical activities and transportation to youth who are at risk. Services are offered from a religious standpoint.
Offers after school programs for youth. Youth programs offered: - Tutoring. - Civic engagement. - Enrichment classes. - 4-H future leaders. - Children's Discovery Museum. - Foreign language lessons. - Music. - Healthy living. - Financial literacy. - Summer enrichment camps.
The Mental Wellness Program provides assistance to eligible individuals to maintain a healthy mental state in partnership with BetterHelp.
Provides students with academic enrichment opportunities and other enrichment activities. This program operates during out-of-school hours (before, after, and school-out days) and is designed to complement the students' school day. The program also offers the opportunity for students and their families to learn new skills and discover new abilities after the school day has ended.
A leadership development program that exposes teens to a wide range of educational and career opportunities that build positive self-esteem, self-respect, and social moral character.

Offers safe, supportive, and respectful environments for children, adolescents and their families, provides wellness Education, leadership development, and community education. Youth Outlook Drop-In Centers meet weekly to support each other and discuss topics of interest to the participants. Other offerings include: - Rainbow Sprouts, a social program for children K-6 and their parent/family/guardian. - Youth Leadership Program: provides opportunities to help run drop-in centers, assist with volunteer training, organize special projects, participate in community education, and advise the agency board through the Youth Advisory Board. - Transcend: a program for transgender youth, provides a forum to discuss issues such as gender identity, hormone injections, legal issues, etc. - THRIVE: a support group for parents, foster parents, guardians, and full-time caregivers of LGBTQ+ teens. This is an adult-only group and provides a confidential space for parents to share their stories, find commonalities, and get some of their questions answered. Organizations may request YO speakers to give presentations about LGBQ+ issues and an annual fundraising banquet is held to raise funds for YO and LGBTQ+ issues.
