Both CILA programs are designed to meet the needs of individuals and allow them to explore and achieve personal growth through access to community facilities and services.

Helps individuals diagnosed with a chronic mental illness live as independently and productively as possible throughout their lives, while receiving the support they need to live safely. Provides either a supervised or supportive living program where the individual will reside in a group home environment. The residents share in all aspects of running a Pioneer Center group home, such as cooking, cleaning and grocery shopping. Pioneer Center has five behavioral health group homes nestled in neighborhoods throughout McHenry County.
