Early Learner Life Enrichment Program - Solid Ground Foundation for Behavioral Services - Main Office

Solid Ground Foundation offers a before and after school program for toddlers in marginalized communities with behavioral health challenges. Specifically, the program serves toddlers who are PK3 and PK4 (ages 3 to 4). Services are free for families in participating agencies and school districts.
