Provides comprehensive, cross disciplinary brain injury rehabilitation services. Offers a continuum of care in nearly 30 community-based settings throughout Carbondale including single-family homes, supported apartments, day treatment centers & workshops, schools, and more. In Illinois, other rehabilitation services are available in Bloomington, DesPlaines, Mt. Prospect, and Palatine. Services include: - Physical therapy occupational therapy, and speech language pathology. - Behavior therapy and counseling. - Vocational and productive activities. - Medical consulting. - Life skills therapy.
