Provides young mothers residing in Winnebago County with home visiting services including prenatal doula and parenting support as they experience pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the challenge of becoming a mother for the first time. Offers parenting education, emotional support, child development screenings and referrals, and information. The following is offered as well:
- One-on-one support from a doula* (birth support partners) and attendance at their birth and a Parent Educator (home visitor who provides parenting information and support).
- Support and information through Prenatal and Parenting Support Groups.
- Access to community resources.
Fathers are welcome to participate with the mother in the activities.

This is done by providing an array of support and non-judgmental guidance, referrals, and resources.
