Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services' Family Planning Presumptive Eligibility (FPPE) provides immediate, temporary, medical coverage for reproductive health and family planning related services to all eligible Illinois residents. FPPE services are available for two months and then either the individual qualifies for ongoing FFP coverage (if the individual is a U.S. citizen or Qualified immigrant) or, if the individual does not qualify for FPP, then the FPPE ends. Immigration status is not asked about on the FPPE application. Self attestation accepted.
