Offers family development services for infants, toddlers, and young children who are experiencing or are at risk for delays in development or those who have special needs. Services include developmental screenings, evaluations, referral and coordination, occupational therapy, physical therapy, developmental therapy, speech therapy, and home visiting.

Goal is to promote early development, learning, and health of children by supporting and engaging their parents and caregivers. - Communication/Social Skills.

- Movement.

- Self-help skills.

Physical Therapy: Movement, motor development, and body function. Works with children with a wide variety of diagnoses, including:

- Developmental delays.

- Cerebral palsy.

- Down syndrome.

- Spina bifida.

- Torticollis.

- Plagiocephaly.

- Genetic disorders.

- Hypotonia.

- Toe walking.

- Post-surgical rehabilitation.

Occupational Therapy: Increases a child's independence and quality of life while targeting areas including:

- Daily living skills.

- Sensory processing.

- Self-regulation.

- Motor skills.

- Coordination.

Treatment includes an emphasis on educating the caregivers and providing strategies to increase participation in their home and community environments.

Early Intervention offers developmental support and case coordination services for families with children under 3 years old with developmental delays. Service Coordinators assist referred families through the process of enrollment into the EI, as well as initiate referrals for evaluations and direct services. Eligible participants receive case coordinator through CFC to monitor individualized goals, strategies, and services. Additionally, staff assist families with the transition from the EI program into local school/care special education services based on the family's priorities and the child's needs.

- High risk infant follow-up.

Pediatric Developmental Screening provides evaluation and assessment to determine whether there are developmental delays or other issues that need to be addressed.

WIC provides healthy food, nutrition education and counseling, and breastfeeding support for pregnant and breastfeeding individuals, infants, and children. Also provides referrals for health care and other services.

Family Case Management provides family case management services to pregnant individuals, infants, and children with high-risk medical conditions. Also offers assistance with help finding a doctor for prenatal

Helps underserved Aurora parents with children from birth through age five by connecting and enrolling children to early childhood programs and education, parent workshops, and offering developmental screenings.

Developmental Screenings give parents time to talk about their child's development and offers fun and simple activity ideas to use with their child to help them continue to learn and grow.
