They may call to speak to a counselor about programs to find low-cost quality hearing aids and a free hearing test can be conducted over the phone. Counselors may include resources such as donated or reconditioned hearing aids, where available.

Chicago Hearing Society offers a variety of audiology services including: hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection, hearing aid fittings, Hear the Cheer Program, pediatric hearing aids, cochlear implants, tinnitus assistance, help with assistive technology, and hearing protection.
