The legal aid clinic offers free legal assistance with expungements, immigration, criminal, and/or housing issues.
Proud to Thrive provides free or low-cost legal services for low-income LGBT+ Older Adults and Persons with Disabilities across Cook County. Proud to Thrive provides legal services in the same civil practice areas as CDEL, especially in the areas of estate planning, housing issues, and property tax and title issues, to address concerns held by many LGBT+ Older Adults.
Erie Neighborhood House provides legal representation for their clients navigating the US citizenship and immigration system.
Their basic needs and legal services program includes an onsite food pantry and clothing closet that provides basic food and clothing items to mitigate food insecurity and clothing needs, and a legal clinic that provides clients with legal representation, and record processing such as name change and expungement.

CDEL operates community legal clinics in high-need communities throughout Cook County. At the Clinics, eligible seniors meet with CDEL representatives to gather information so that CDEL can evaluate the senior's legal issues. CDEL also offers direct legal services, including drafting Powers of Attorney documents and executing estate planning documents. The Clinics are held once or twice a month by appointment only.
AFIRE offers free private consultations with specialized attorneys for low-income families. In partnership with attorneys and other non-profits such as the Community Activism Law Alliance (CALA) and the Filipino American Lawyers Association (FALA). The clinics cover topics like immigration, employment and civil law.
The TransLegal program offers clients free and sliding-scale access to legal counsel. Our legal team helps clients navigate a variety of legal challenges, including name changes; expungement and criminal records sealing; employment, public accommodations, and housing discrimination; and benefits assistance.
Enlace partners with the Beyond Legal Aid to coordinate the free Legal Clinic. The clinic provides free services that range from advice and community-based legal education to extended assistance and full representation. Attorneys assist residents in the areas of immigration, family, employment/labor, housing, criminal records, public benefits and consumer issues.
Hel.LAS is a pro bono clinic created to serve the legal needs of low-income members of the Chicago area's Greek community. The clinic provides Greek Americans with access to legal information, referrals, and potential representation in a linguistically and culturally sensitive environment. They provide advice and counsel in a variety of areas, includingdomestic relations, immigration, contracts, bankruptcy matters, landlord/tenant disputes, wills, and powers of attorney.

The Chicago Legal Clinic at Harold Washington College is a community-based clinic staffed by volunteer attorneys that provide a plethora of legal services on a variety of issues including, but not limited to: Domestic Violence, Orders of Protection, Immigration, Domestic Violence, Evictions, Divorce, Guardianship, Orders of Protection, Child Custody and Support.
Ladder Up offers free legal advice and representation to eligible Illinois taxpayers who have a tax controversy with the Internal Revenue Service or the Illinois Department of Revenue. The Tax Clinic also educates taxpayers on their rights and responsibilities under U. S. tax law.
