Free legal services are available to people who qualify based on their income, live in the DuPage County area, or have a case in DuPage County. These services require a referral from another legal aid provider. They focus on family issues like divorce, parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support and maintenance defense, protection orders for domestic violence, and guardianship cases.

HPOP is a community-based counseling outreach program for those victims of domestic violence who either have left a shelter and begun independent living or have not yet made the decision to leave their abuser. Clients who are deemed eligible for this program after the intake process may also access free diapers from the agency.
