Advocacy, community outreach and support to the immigrant community and individuals in need of immigration-related services, which include referrals to community service providers and immigrant rights education and information.
PRE- Basic Nursing Assistance training: This program is designed to help students gain/enhance the reading comprehension, writing and math skills to meet the academic admission requirements for the BNA training Program.Job Referral and Placement Services: This program is designed to offer job referral and placement services to job seekers interested in a career change or to find a new job. We offer program attendees job readiness preparation through workshops, in which they learn to develop a professional resume, create cover letters, practice mock interview skills, and receive individual employment coaching and connections to competitive employers.Digital Literacy: This program teaches basic computer skills to program participants with no previous knowledge or digital literacy skills. Participants learn how to use the Microsoft office applications and the Google applications/tools used in an office setting to prepare them to obtain a new job or seek employment promotions.The Immigrant Family Resources Program: This program is designed to help the community apply for different public benefit services such as Medicaid/Medicare, SNAP (Link card), unemployment, childcare and other state funded services they may be eligible to receive.

The goal of the IFRP is to ensure that low-income immigrant families and other limited-English speaking persons are able to thrive by reducing barriers when seeking public benefits (nutritional, medical, housing, psychological, childcare, employment), as well as the cash support they need for proper health, well-being, and economic self-sufficiency.
Bridges of Hope: an Immigrant Family Resource Program that guides individuals through the immigration process along with other government-provided programs. Provides referrals to services relating to medicine, immigration law, education, after-school programs, and disabilities as well as outreach programs and education.

Centro de Información is a BIA accredited organization. Their counselors are able to guide clients through the immigration process by answering questions, helping with paperwork, and explaining the benefits of immigration.
The Immigrant Family Resource Program (IFRP) mission is to listen and understand clients' needs and to connect them to the appropriate health resources and public benefits. Immigrant Family Health Resource Program (IFHRP) provides health education and health services navigation by offering bi-monthly workshops and taking one-on-one appointments. Immigrant Family Support Program (IFSP) foucuses on providing immigrant families with financial assistance for basic necessities.

Healthy Eating Programs
Chinese Mutual Aid Association (CMAA) works with the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) to ensure that individuals with language and cultural barriers can identify and receive benefits available to them through local, state and federal programs, such as food stamps and Medicaid. Staff members screen individuals and help them submit applications online or to local IDHS offices.
The Immigrant Assistance Program: Addresses the needs of Illinois immigrant population and the barriers that may prevent immigrants from seeking and obtaining government services.
