Provides circuit court services to Alexander, Jackson, Johnson, Massac, Pope, Pulaski, Saline, Union, and Williamson Counties. The Circuit Clerk can help individuals find court dates, court records (copies are available for a nominal fee) and can assist with court fines. Documents are not available to view online due to the Administrative Office of Illinois Courts policy on electronic access.

A Small Claim case number shall be assigned to a civil action based on either tort or contract for money not in excess of $10,000, exclusive of interest and costs, or for the collection of taxes not in excess of that amount.
