Interfaith Housing Development Corporation offers Permanent Supportive Housing for individuals and families. Permanent Supportive Housing is an intervention that combines affordable housing assistance with voluntary support services to address the needs of chronically homeless people. LPCS facilitates independent housing and support services for 17 individuals living with disabilities through the Independent Community Living Program (ICLP). Additionally, LPCS houses and supports 20 individuals through project-based units at their Sedgwick Old Town location. They serve 37 individuals annually through permanent supportive and affordable housing, several of whom are graduates of our interim housing community.
Long term support to families experiencing homelessness and looking for the opportunity to stabilize their lives.
Provides permanent supportive housing to single adults who would otherwise be without housing.

Supportive Housing provides individuals and families with housing, first placing them in service-enriched, affordable housing that is designed to give them a jump-start to self-sufficiency and housing stability. On-site case management, along with supportive services, are provided to residents.

Permanent supportive housing combines shelter and supportive services to help clients live in a stable and productive environment. When accepted to this program, residents have access to various services such as counseling, addiction recovery meetings, health services, and job training. This housing also emphasizes residents living a social, healthy, and active lifestyle with various activities offered.

Family Permanent Supportive Housing
Offers site-based permanent housing to adults living with a disabling condition (primarily HIV). Individuals living in permanent housing are afforded case management, advocacy, and other supportive services. Also offers community-based permanent housing. Offers permanent housing to adults in apartments throughout the community. Provides housing to the chronically homelessness, HIV positive individuals, and disabled individuals.
This program addresses the needs of individuals experiencing recurring homelessness. It is an intervention that combines stable housing and the supportive services needed for participants to safely remain in their homes.

HUD funded grants provide Permanent Supportive Housing to chronically homeless adults referred through the Community Coordinated Entry System maintained by Heartland HOUSED and the Heartland Continuum of Care.

Homeless Permanent Supportive Housing
Offers leasing assistance for one, two, and three-bedroom houses and apartments within the service area.
The project leases fourteen (14) one bedroom units that are utilized as Permanent Supportive Housing for chronically homeless adults. This program allows for a focus on specific Chronically Homeless sub-populations in need in the community, such as persons with mental illness, substance abuse problems, or dual diagnosis; veterans; or those with HIV/AIDS.
Provides supportive housing, case management and supportive services, and necessary referrals to people experiencing homelessness in the Decatur/Macon County area. - Centralized intake location for the Macon County Continuum of Care. - Transitional housing in Decatur for families and individuals. - Permanent Supportive Housing for individuals and families who are homeless, have a diagnosable disability and need continued support services. All Homeless persons are eligible for these services: - Intensive case management. - Linkage to job training and employment. - GED classes. - Health services. - Alcohol and other drug abuse treatment. - Mental health services. - Budget counseling. - Parenting classes. - Life Skills classes.

Permanent housing for individuals who need further assistance after 90 days in the emergency shelter. Dresser Court is a twenty-six unit, subsidized apartment complex that provides permanent housing with intensive on-site programs and services for people with disabilities and a history of chronic homelessness.
