Services include Aquarobics/Aquatic Exercise, Exercise Classes/Groups, Yoga, Recreational Activities/Sports, Dance Instruction, Caregiver/Care Receiver Support Groups, Health/Disability Related Support Groups, Specialized Information and Referral, Printed Materials and Subject Specific Public Awareness/Education.
