Education/training in approved training programs in local community colleges: - Tuition. - Books. - Fees. - Required tools. - Additional items required by the program. Supportive services, such as: - Mileage reimbursement. - Child care. - Car repair. - Tires. - Help with any qualified item. Work Experience: Subsidizes wages at a local employer for 1 to 6 months to help customer gain experience to gain permanent employment. On-The-Job Training: Subsidizes half of hourly wage for a set period of time at a local employer with the intention of the employer retaining the customer after training is complete.
