Must be a resident of Chicago or the surrounding areas; Cannot already own a computer at home; Family has at lease one child in pre-K through 12th grade, up to 26 years of age.

(1) Register on the website. (2) Names are chosen randomly based on the number of computers available. (3) Selected individuals/families will be notified by text message or email with instructions on next steps.
