Eligibility
Must live in Logan or Mason County, must be ages 60 or older, and home-bound due to disability, illness, or other ailment that restricts their mobility and/or ability to shop, cook, and/or feed themselves, spouses or disabled individuals residing with eligible participant, regardless of age may be eligible, disabled individuals under the age of 60 residing at a housing facility occupied by older individuals at which congregate meals are served may also be eligible
