Partners with young families to nurture healthy parent-child relationships during the early years (prenatal to age 3) to improve school readiness. Parents learn about positive parent-child interactions, infant/toddler development, positive discipline, and practical parenting. Serves families through weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly home visits.
