Description
Palatine Library District offers free notary public services. An official Notary Public will verify the patron's identity and their signature on legal documents, NOT the content of their document, with proper photo identification. DO NOT sign the document beforehand. Documents must be signed in the Notary's presence. When witnesses are required in addition to a Notary, patrons should provide their own witnesses with current photo identification with a signature. Documents must be in English.
