Cooking Matters connects youth with food by teaching them how to prepare healthy meals on a limited budget. Classes meet for two-hour blocks, once a week for six weeks.

Provides youth with tools to acquire skills and strengthen academic performance, while developing relationships and building confidence with a network of motivated peers. Provides after school and summer programs that improve youths' lives in the areas of academics and literacy, athletic and physical fitness development, nutrition and health practices, leadership, job readiness, emotional well-being, and creativity and self-expression. Services include Summer Food Service Programs, Extended Child Care, Summer Camps, Recreational Activities/Sports, Cooking Classes and Boys/Girls Clubs.
