Responsibilities include: - Service and enforcement and all court orders. - Civil process of warrants, mittimus, orders of protection, eviction, foreclosures, summons, and subpoenas. - Enforcement of all State Statutes. - Investigation of criminal matters and traffic crashes. - Maintenance of the Courthouse and the Jail Facility. - Keeping the peace.
