Eligibility

People at least 18 years of age who have a brain injury, stroke, brain tumor, traumatic injury, or progressive disease can take part; Must be able to take their own medications and not be at risk of wandering away: Must be able to participate in activities without behavioral problems; Must be able to transfer with no more than basic help from one person.

Photo ID Proof of age (driver's license, state ID, or passport) Proof of income (for sliding-scale fees).
