To enroll, applicants must: - Have at least one child eligible to participate in the National School Lunch Program, or - Receive HUD housing assistance, or - Be enrolled in an eligible 2-year Community College AND receive a Pell Grant - Be located where Comcast offers Internet service - Have not subscribed to Comcast Internet service within the last 90 days - Do not have outstanding Comcast debt
