Assists seniors and persons with disabilities with a variety of needs. Services include Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites, Home Delivered Meals, General Benefits Assistance, Activities of Daily Living Assessment, Specialized Telecommunications Equipment, Case/Care Management, Adult Protective Services, Area Agencies on Aging, Planning/Coordinating/Advisory Groups, and Specialized Information and Referral.
