FAMILY PLANNING PROGRAM | SOUTHERN SEVEN HEALTH DEPARTMENT

Family Planning, also known as Title X Family Planning, is a voluntary birth control program for low-income women and teens. The Family Planning program can provide information about birth control methods or the number and spacing of children if and when a woman decides to become pregnant. Family Planning services are confidential and include: - Physical exams. - Pregnancy testing and options counseling. - STD education, testing, and treatment. - Birth control methods and counseling, including emergency contraception. - Community education services for professionals, schools, parents, and teens.
