Open to ages 18 and older with an intellectual developmental disability, must not require 24-hour services, must have capabilities to be left alone for at least 8 hours

Description

Provides support living services for adults with intellectual developmental disabilities. Program supports the individual to live on his/her own apartment or with family. Supports include recreational, social, dietary, financial, and medical monitoring.
