*Must be a resident within the Chicago city limits of the following neighborhoods: Humboldt Park, Austin, East Garfield Park, West Garfield Park.*Must be the homeowner on record with Cook County for the house needing repair, or be a close relative.*For sliding scale option, you must qualify as low-income.

Description

R City offers tuckpointing home repair on a sliding scale depending on the homeowner's income. Qualified low-income homeowners will only be charged $20. The length of time on their waitlist is based on location, urgency, income, and current capacity, with priority given to seniors.
