Responsible for property complaints and enforcement for the following regulations: - Sign regulations - Natural resource protection standards - Stormwater detention - Drainage and soil erosion - Sediment control standards Enforces building codes to make sure that structures are compliant with codes. Regulates junk and debris, inoperable vehicles, construction hours and noise. Also hears complaints regarding building and zoning related violations.
