A intensive treatment services facility accepting referrals from any mental health providers to serve individuals age 18 years and older who are suffering from mental illness and/or substance use and are chronically homeless, whose last permanent address must have been in St. Louis City or County. Services include Transitional Housing/Shelter and Case/Care Management. LGBTQIA+ SERVING
