The Elimination of Immunization Disparities (EIDP) Program aims to create targeted interventions to address areas of racial and economic disparities related to vaccination coverage in children, adolescents, and adults. Influenza (flu) vaccinations, Hepatitis A & B vaccinations, and more are offered monthly.
