Application process

Those who live in Chicagoland, Northern Illinois, or Northwest Indiana, should use the Online Referral Desk Form on the website to contact them for assistance with rent/mortgage, utilities, medicine, food, clothing, or transportation. Clients will be referred to a Corps Community Center or Service Extension in their area.
