Serves men, women, and children in the following situations: - Currently homeless. - Facing homelessness due to an eviction notice. - Living in overcrowded and unsafe conditions (i.e. due to drugs/alcohol or emotional, verbal, physical, sexual abuse). - An individual who is living with family or friends and have been told they must leave. - Individuals being discharged from psychiatric hospitalization or treatment for substance abuse. - Individuals who have lost their jobs and can no longer afford their apartment or house. - IDOC referrals of parolees who are from the Central Illinois region who desire to be reintegrated into their community.
