Description

Skilled nursing facility for medically fragile individuals living with profound developmental disabilities. Life skills program for students on the Autism Spectrum and others with emotional/behavioral disorders and developmental disabilities. Site also operates a non-public state-certified school that provides specialized education program for those from 3 to 21 years of age.
