Photo of documents is acceptable): -Notice of Decision Letter for Food Support (Link/SNAP) (A dated letter showing current eligibility) -Financial Assistance, such as GA, TANF, etc. (A dated letter showing current eligibility is required) -Medicaid or Medical Assistance (A dated document that says “MA” or ‘Medical Assistance” on it) -The National School Lunch Program’s Free or Reduced Lunch Program (Bring a letter from the school that includes the dependent’s name. -Section 8, Federal Public Housing Assistance, or Group Residential Housing (GRH) (Dated copy of the lease) -Social Security Disability (SSD) (Dated statement of benefits) -Supplemental Security Income (SSI) (Dated statement of benefits) -Federal Pell Grant (Copy of grant award letter) * All required documentation is based off of what the ACP application requires. No Social Security Number is required for this program, just a valid form of Identification (can be foreign).
