*Low Vision Clinic* Comprehensive low vision examinations, prescription of specialized optical aids, training in their use, and follow-up. Helps individuals with non-correctable vision loss to make best use of remaining vision with aid of magnifiers, telescopes, glare-control lenses, lighting, etc. May aid in reading, writing, working, watching television, viewing chalkboards, or street signs. *Support Services* Assessment of needs, counseling, guidance, referrals, and advocacy for blind/visually impaired persons and their families. *Specialized Aids and Appliances Center* Writing and Braille aids; canes and accessories; clocks, watches, and calculators; reading stands; large print Bibles and books; special tape recorders; health aids; household aids; games and recreation items; etc. All are available for viewing, demonstration, and purchase. *Independent Living Services* Includes individualized teaching, special equipment demonstrations, environmental assessments. *Accessibility and ADA Compliance Assistance for Persons with Visual Impairments* Raised print/Braille facility signs, Americans With Disabilities Act Compliance consultation, Braille, and large print production service. *Public Education and Information* Programs for community groups, speakers bureaus, and community outreach. *Technology Services* Providing training, assessment, and troubleshooting of assistive technology, software devices, etc. *Low-vision Store* Accessible without an appointment.
