Application process

(1) Call the main number for a telephone screening, or to arrange an in-person screening, or start the eligibility and screen process on the website. (2) A series of questions will be asked during telephone or website screening to determine eligibility. (3) After screening is completed, application for services will be sent out requesting additional information. (4) Application will be reviewed by intake department. (5) Those approved for assistance will be assigned to a staff attorney or volunteer lawyer.
