Eligibility

In order to qualify, you must be aged 60 and older and your needs must be assessed by the local Care Coordination Units (CCUs).

Mon 8:30am - 4:30pm Tue 8:30am - 4:30pm Wed 8:30am - 4:30pm Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm No deliveries are made on Thursdays, weekends and holidays.
