Description

Provides non-medical recovery support services to people with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Also provides re-entry support for justice-involved individuals. All services are peer-led. Co-occurring disorder services include: Assessment and individualized recovery plan Peer support specialist Individual and family support Safe and sober events and activities Smoking cessation information Referrals to 12-step and other resources Justice-involved services include: Employment and resume help Legal services Housing resources Expungement/sealing Weekly support groups (anger management, parenting support)
