EARLY HEAD START | COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP OF CENTRAL ILLINOIS

Child development program designed to work with the family to empower the parent with good parenting skills and support services. Through individualized visits in the child's home, the Family Educator will help enhance the child's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. This program also assists pregnant women to access comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care, support parents in their parental roles and helps parents move toward self-sufficiency through the home visit.
