Community Nutrition Network & Senior Services Association - Franklin Park Community Café & Leyden Township Meals on Wheels delivers prepared meals to homebound people. Second meals are available for those who are in need of more food. The second meal may be delivered cold or frozen. Weekend meals may also be available.
